We all like to be prepared when going somewhere new, 
so this is a great way for the students to get a preview of what they will be seeing at the aquarium.  
Science 2nd GradeStandard 4, Objective 1: 
Life Science. Students will gain an understanding of Life Science through the study of changes in organisms over time and the nature of living things. Tell how external features affect an animals’ ability to survive in its environment.
Ed Tech Standard 4:
Use content-specific tools, software and simulations (e.g., environmental probes, graphing calculators, exploratory environments, Web tools) to support learning and research.
